St. Peter Julian Eymard had the inspiration of making many more apostles like him to quench the thirst of the Eucharistic Fire in the world. Likewise, we the sons of St. Peter Julian Eymard, in the Kristu Jyoti Province, reading the signs of the Archdiocese of Madras-Mylapore and the diocese of Chingleput, set both the diocese with the “Radiance of the Firefly” with our SSS Associates.
September 15th, 2019 was an important hallmark in the history of the province of Kristu Jyoti - India. For the first time, 84 members met for a formation program at our community in Velappanchavady.
Rev. Fr. Gnanasekar sss, addressed the Growth, the Historical perspective of Eucharist, and the Eucharist as source and submit of Christian life.
Rev. Fr. Peter Jayakanthan sss, shared the Life, Eucharistic Vocation of Fr. Eymard, and the Eucharistic Vocation for the SSS Associates.
Rev. Fr. Julian Prakash sss, Formation in charge, addressed the gathering, sharing the importance of SSS Associates, Lifestyle of the SSS Associates, Accompaniment, Formation session, and planned for the forthcoming sessions in the months of December and March.
The formation session ended with Eucharistic Adoration, table fellowship, and Eucharistic celebration.
